The best way to access the portal is via the Agenda link in your emails, since then you will be recognised by the website and will not need to log-in. On your future visits to the AutoSens portal, you should be remembered by your browser (system dependent).

We suggest using Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari, but the platform is hosted within our website, so any browser should work fine.

The audio will be accessed via your device speaker. You cannot log into the audio through a separate device.

We recommend using a desktop/laptop computer with speakers (built-in or USB headset), running Windows or Mac OSX, preferably using a wired internet connection.

It’s usually better if you have a wired rather than wireless connection.  Wireless and mobile connections may have audio/picture delays and interference which can cause loss of sound/picture quality.

Yes, the content can be viewed on phones and tablets.

You can use the bookmark function on the Agenda page. Simply click on the blue bookmark icon in the top right of any session to add it to your saved seats. It will turn solid blue to indicate a saved session and you will receive an email reminder 5 minutes before the session begins to log in and join.

You can mark all the sessions you are interested in, and next time you visit your home page in the portal you’ll see them listed in the My Saved Seats panel.

Firstly, log out and back in again. Most of the time this will fix the issue. You may also wish to try using a different internet browser (Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.)

If you can’t hear the sound feed, firstly please make sure your device’s speakers are turned on and up. Do also check that your bluetooth is not linked up to a speaker to don’t have access to/isn’t turned on.

Yes, although it is a live broadcast, so you can leave a Stage at any time and when returning you will re-join at the current live position, not where you left off.

If you have a Full Access Pass, you can watch the broadcasts again in your own time and these can be paused. If you have a live-only pass you can upgrade here.

You can find the full list by clicking the Attendees link at the side of the page. In this view, you can filter by company (on the left), or search for keywords. Click on an attendee to view their Profile, where you can Message, Connect, or connect on Linked In.

All speakers will be available for a live Q&A after their presentation, and you can submit questions in the live chat. If you would like to submit a specific question in advance for any of our speakers, please email Hayley at [email protected]

You will be able to chat with other delegates live during the presentations in the chat window to the right of the stage. You can connect with other delegates, one-on-one, pre and post event via the Community.

If you register for a Full Access Pass you will have access to the on-demand content for a full 9 months after the event. The on-demand content will be available to access by 5pm GMT on Thursday 25 November. If you purchase Live Only Pass, you can only see the content during the live broadcast. All Live Only Pass registrants can upgrade to a Full Access Pass to access all content – for just £149.

If you register for a Full Access Pass you will have access to the on-demand content for a full 9 months after the event. All the on-demand content will be available to access by 5pm GMT on Thursday 25 November – some sessions may be available sooner. If you purchased Live Only Pass, you can only see the content during the live broadcast. All Live Only Pass registrants can upgrade to a Full Access Pass to access all content – for just £149.

If you have a Full Access Pass you can watch and listen again to the event broadcast on-demand, however, the recordings cannot be downloaded. On-demand content will be available by 5pm GMT on Thursday 25 November.

Slide decks will be available for download post-event from each session page by this time too.

The recordings cannot be downloaded, and access is limited to one device and the ticket holder only. If we detect sharing of login details between users, we may ban access to the platform.  You can use discount code FRIEND10 to give 10% off for all your contacts.
