In this presentation we will shortly touch on the coming best practice standards for autonomous driving with a specific eye on sensors. We will then discuss on sensor requirements and functionality for enabling an efficient and robust DevOps. We will also discuss on basic concepts for enabling ODD expansion based on sensor improvements. Finally we will discuss on what differs between ADAS and AD and why sensors superior for ADAS may not be sufficient for AD
