With the progress in respect to autonomous driving functions, also the number of cameras and sensors is increasing in cars. These sensors and cameras have specific communication requirements, in respect to reliability and latency, but also in respect to data rates. These are typically asymmetric, with high data rates in the DL direction from the sensor to the processing unit and low data rates from the processing unit to the sensor. This presentation will present an EE-architecture and communication concept for optimal sensor integration
