In-Cabin Sensing systems have been emerging with an unprecedented pace due to upcoming regulations and safety standards and is accompanied by the ongoing efforts of sensor and illuminator suppliers to address the demands of these new systems. In this presentation different illumination solutions, including IRED and VCSEL technologies will be presented and the current challenges thereof.
