Automotive Image Sensors have been constantly improving over the years and are used today in a variety of applications including backup rear view, surround view, e-mirrors, internal cabin monitoring and front facing machine vision. OmniVision presents a new technology platform for CMOS image sensors with improved KPIs on resolution, intra-scene dynamic range &gt 120dB, LED flicker mitigation, low power dissipation and stable operation over automotive temperature range. We will review how this new technology platform addresses the various requirements for next generation automotive camera applications.
