As we continue to expand ADAS and Autonomous capabilities within automotive, we add more sensing, more “smart” capabilities, and more edge computing. These sensors and software solutions create tremendous opportunities for advancing the technology, but they also create risks from a safety and security perspective.
In this session, we will discuss design considerations relating to hardware and software architecture, connected vehicles, and how the smart sensors can be used in an “intelligent” manner to ensure the safety of the vehicle and its passengers without creating risks and vulnerabilities.
