He is a Strategic Advisor and Executive Management Consultant to international OEM, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers with special focus in Asia. He has a strategic Focus on Sensors technology (Radar, Ultrasonic, Camera and Lidar) and Sensor Fusion technology (Domain Controllers) for Autonomous Drive Level 2 to Level 5. Juergen’s key Application focus is: Driver Assistance Systems (Ultra Sonic Park Assist, Radar, Camera Systems), Infotainment, Autonomous Valet Parking, Cyber Security.

Haowei (Jeffrey) Wang
Dr. Haowei Wang has more than 20 years of related working experience. He got his PhD. degree from University of Erlangen-Nuernberg. Dr. Wang started his career working in software and systems architecture design for the Automotive industry, focusing on software and system architecture design. He has led more than 20 industrial and scientific research projects. Before joining JOYNEXT, Dr. Wang worked in many MNCs like Continental, Aptiv, IBM and Huawei. He has strong experience in automotive SW design, EE architecture, automated driving system, safety & security, positioning & communication system, sensors & sensor fusion. In JOYNEXT/Joyson, Dr. Wang is leading the R&D team of ADAS, acting as head of AD product line.
Uwe Artmann

Uwe Artmann
Uwe Artmann studied photo technology at the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne following an apprenticeship as a photographer and finished with the German ‘Diploma Engineer’. He is now the CTO at Image Engineering, an independent test lab for imaging devices and manufacturer of all kinds of test equipment for these devices. His special interest is the influence of noise reduction on image quality and MTF measurement in general.

Riccardo Groppo has a long-lasting experience in the automotive domain. He worked at FIAT Research Centre for almost 25 yrs, being the Head of Automotive Electronics Dept. He has been involved in several successful technological transfer (e.g. Common Rail, MultiAir) and has promoted the development of a family of intelligent smart drivers in cooperation with BOSCH and Freescale Semiconductors. He owns 33 patents. He is Chairman of Automotive Working Group and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors within EPoSS (European Platform on Smart Systems Integration). He is the CTO and founder of Sleep Advice Technologies, an innovative start-up in Turin (Italy)

Jongho Park was born in 1968 in Busan, Republic of Korea. He graduated from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and has been working on various innovative technology investment projects for over 20 years. He is currently the CEO and founder of RVS Lab. Co., Ltd. He has successfully commercialized a micro drone detection radar system based on advanced RF and radar technology in Korea. Recently, he is in charge of developing investment projects for radar sensors (ARBAS) for autonomous vehicles/drones and establishing global sales strategies.

Young-Jun Yoo is the Vice President for Nextchip in Korea with 16 years’ experience in image signal processing for embedded vision system. Nextchip is a fabless company and the oldest one in South Korea with Vision technology. Working for the last 13 years at Nextchip, he has extensively led the Automotive business globally to succeed to OEM, Tier1 and Tier2. He also specializes in planning strategy and is responsible for partnership, technical marketing for designing the product portfolio by build-up the robust eco-system. He is now focusing on the business of the image signal processing technology into ADAS and AD market for both stand-alone ASIC and IPs. From Vision camera for both viewing and sensing to Edge processing with small computing power required in affordable vehicle line-up, he represents them in the market as well as.

Shanning Zhang
Shanning Zhang is the Tire Insights and Business Development Manager at Goodyear Asia Pacific, where she leads a team focused on developing tire intelligence and mobility solutions.
With extensive experience in both business and technical fields within the automotive industry, Shanning has been dedicated to the development and commercialization of new technologies. Before joining Goodyear, she held positions at GEFIT, BOSCH Automotive, and the Bekaert Technology Center.
Shanning holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Nanjing University and master’s degrees in Materials Engineering from both the Université Catholique de Louvain and Grenoble INP. She had also obtained the licensee to practice law in China.

Andreas leads Deloitte’s Risk Advisory (RA) services for Automotive globally. He defines and coordinates Deloitte’s strategy, services and delivery capacities for Automotive on a global level for RA.
He develops Deloitte’s Automotive team to help clients in the Automotive supply chain to detect and mitigate their highest risks in technology and regulation. His focus is on the technological transformation of OEMs as well as suppliers.
Andreas has worked for Deloitte for 27 years. He teaches at the University of Karlsruhe (KIT) in Governance, Risk and Compliance for Engineers and Computer Scientists for the last 5 years.
Andreas is responsible for Deloitte’s premium membership in AUTOSAR and coordinates capacity and resources with focus on adaptive.

Louis (Luyi) Sun is the VP of Software R&D at Ambarella Shanghai. Since 2007, he has been leading a team to develop software for SoC platform, video security and consumer IP cameras, automotive electronics including L2++ DC, Driving+Parking, ADAS, DMS and other related products, participating in the company’s image and video technology and deep learning chip design and research, as well as domestic and international customer technical support.
Mr Sun received his bachelor’s degree in Automation from Tsinghua University and his master’s degree in Software Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Prior to joining Ambarella, he worked at LSI Logic, Intel and other semiconductor companies in embedded software and video technology, with 25 years of experience.

Wade Appelman has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. In 2000, they began their career at Vitesse Semiconductor as the Vice President of Marketing. Wade then moved to Zagros Networks in 2002 as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where they were responsible for creating the company’s positioning and securing the first company wins.
In 2004, they held the role of Business Development at Pannaway Technologies, where they were responsible for developing complimentary partnerships. Wade then held the role of Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Stargen, which was acquired by Dolphin Interconnect. In 2007, they joined Lightstorm Networks as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and the General Manager of US operations. The company was acquired by Broadcom in March 2009. After that, they became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Harvest Automation Inc., where they were part of the founding team and responsible for customer development activities.
In 2018, they joined ON Semiconductor as the Vice President of the SensL Division and had P&L responsibility for the SensL/Depth Sensing Division. In 2021, they became President and COO of ACEINNA, Inc., a leading MEMS based sensing solutions company. Wade is currently the Chief Business Officer at Owl Autonomous Imaging.

Yaniv Avital is a Mobileye Vice President and the Radar General Manager.
Yaniv has an experience of over 25 years in RF systems , Cellular, GNSS and Radar.
Yaniv founded the Radar organization within Intel, is leading it since, and has moved it to Mobileye in 2022.
The organization was set to develop the best performing Radar, with a vision of enabling Autonomous vehicles by Best Sensing the world in 4D, allowing driving by Radar.
Before leading the Radar, Yaniv led Intel GNSS and was a Senior Director of Intel.
The GNSS organization made an amazing achievement becoming the GNSS/Location Solution of over 200Milion iPhones.
Before leading the GNSS of Intel, Yaniv was the GNSS PMO, leading Intel 1st GNSS solution and over 10 different projects using intel GNSS solution, delivering it to entry phones and modules.
Yaniv Joined Intel from Comsys communication and Signal Processing. Comsys designed CoMAX, a solution for WiMAX&2G. Yaniv was the VLSI Chief Architect and later the Program Manager of Comsys flagship product, CoMAX.
Yaniv was a mentor in Intel Start Ups Accelerator, Intel Ignite, where he mentored few of the brightest founders of the most promising Startups in Israel.
Yaniv holds a BA in Computer Science from the Open University and MBA from studying in the Executive MBA program in the Tel Aviv University.

Andreas Lauringer
Born in 1980, Austria, studied mechanical engineering and economics on the TU Graz and University of Linköping (degree). Started working in the automotive industry at Continental in Berlin 2007, building up a prototype shop for high voltage Lithium-Ion Batteries, followed by roles in Purchasing and Launch Management.
Moving back to Austria the major step was global program management at Magna, responsible for the eDrive platform development, vehicle integration and acquisition programs for various OEMs. Part of the team that established the Magna JV with Hasco in Shanghai.
Launched Kontrol in 2017, building an end to end complience platform for products with the focus on the automotive industry.

Bill Russo
Bill Russo is the Founder and CEO of Automobility Ltd, a strategy and investment advisory firm that helps its clients to build and profit from the future of mobility. He is a globally recognized automotive and mobility expert with nearly four decades of experience including 15+ years as an automotive executive, and has lived in China since 2004.
Bill is a frequent guest on Bloomberg TV, CNBC, BBC and CGTN and contributes regularly to the major news media outlets on developments in the China automotive industry. Bill co-authored the book “Selling to China: Stories of Success, Failure and Constant Change” [2023], and wrote the chapter titled “China’s Auto Industry: The Race to a Sustainable Future”.
Bill currently serves as the Chairman of the Automotive Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai.

Emir Causevic holds a master’s degree in Computer Engineering from TU Vienna. He began his career as a software developer and later a software architect at Thales Austria. At TTTech Auto, he managed autonomous driving projects with companies like Samsung and led the rollout of a software platform used by brands like VW and Audi. Building on his extensive automotive experience, he founded Sleeve to transform the way development infrastructure is accessed in the industry.
