Accelerate and Scale AV Simulations on AWS

AD simulations are different from traditional CAE hi-fidelity physics simulations used for automotive product development. Unlike tightly coupled CAE simulations, AD simulations tend to be parallel, and are interruptible that scale to hundreds of thousands of vCPUs.
