This presentation will concentrate on sharing the latest research findings and technology integrations that have taken simulation technologies from a wishlist tool into a rapid deployment phase across the full spectrum of engineering challenges facing perception system and AV vehicle developers. There is a long-standing need to build and reinforce the confidence of engineers to utilising synthetic data over always falling back to relying on real-world collected data – so this presentation aims to highlight key areas where the simulation industry has made large amounts of progress over the past year. The presentation aims to stimulate conversations amongst the AutoSens community to push simulation data further and further in it’s capability and level of acceptance.
