General Event Information

When and where will AutoSens USA 2026 take place?

AutoSens USA will be held from 9-11 June 2026 at Huntington Place in Detroit, USA, alongside its sister event, InCabin.

Are there evening networking events?

Yes, there will be evening networking receptions on Tuesday 9th June, and Wednesday 10th June.

Tuesday 9th June | 5:30pm EDT: Welcome Drinks Reception sponsored by Texas Instruments in the Exhibition Hall.

Wednesday 10th June | 6:00pm EDT: Main Drinks Reception sponsored by Analog Devices at The Social Brews, 211 W Fort St #100, Detroit, MI 48226, United States.

Is there parking at the venue?
Currently, Huntington Place has 2,596 parking spaces available for a fee paid by credit card only on a first come first serve basis at the Roof Deck parking, Washington Blvd. Garage, and the Huntington Place Congress Street Garage. Huntington Place is not responsible for items left in vehicles parked in Huntington Place garages.
All parking areas in Huntington Place have handicapped parking spaces and wheelchair accessible facility access. All parking areas accept credit card only as payment. Please arrive prepared.
Can I use public transport to get to the venue?

You can get to Huntington Place by Uber, Bus, or Q-Line. Please see the link for more information:

Tickets & Payment Information

What are the different pass types?

Core Pass – Access to both AutoSens and InCabin exhibitions, technical conferences, roundtable discussions, networking events, and access to both the AutoSens event portal, and the InCabin event portal.

Learn Pass – all of the above, PLUS access to a choice of EIGHT in-depth Expert Tutorials taking place on Tuesday 9th June.

How can I apply for special rates?

As an OEM/Tier1, you can Claim your free pass here, or upgrade to a Learn pass for only $349!

If you are part of the AutoSens Academy, click here, add either a Core or Learn pass to your basket, enter the same details as used for your academy membership, and your 50% discount will automatically be applied.

Is it possible to register more than one delegate at the same time?
Yes, and you can enjoy up to 25% off when you book a group pass!
All you need to do, is choose your pass type, select the number of tickets you require, and tick the ‘I am attending’ box (leave blank if you’re booking on behalf of someone else).
When will I receive my pass? / How do I access the event?

You will receive a QR code to the email you used to register, at least 24 hours prior to the first day of the event.

To access the event please bring your QR code on your mobile device, or printed out.

If you don’t think you have received the code, please bring your ID with you and we will be able to manually check you in.

What if I can't print my QR code?

The QR code will work from your phone.

Or, if you do not receive a QR code, we can check you in manually, just bring a form of ID with you.

Are passes refundable or transferable?

Delegates can provide a substitute at any time without incurring extra charges.

Please note that substituting close to the event may cause a delay in accessing the event.

Can I change the name of a booked delegate?

Can I register onsite on the day?

Yes, capacity dependent, we do accept walk-in registrations, but we prefer advance registrations since these prevent you from experiencing any delays at check-in.

If you plan to register onsite, please arrive as early as possible. Please also bring a valid credit card. We cannot take cash payments onsite, or any other form such as cheque. You must pay for your ticket in full before accessing the event.

Post Event & Portal Information

How do I access the Event Portal?

The event portal will be available to all attendees two weeks before the event. We will send out confirmation once it is ready.

Please note: The event portal is only available to ticket holders with an Account.

Is the event recorded?

Yes, some of the top conference sessions will be recorded and uploaded to our YouTube channel after the event. You can subscribe to our AutoSens YouTube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/@AutoSensTV, and our InCabin YouTube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/@InCabin

Video footage, interviews and various other recordings will be taking place onsite. By registering, your consent to appearing in such recordings.

When and where are the videos available to watch after the event?

Are the slides available yet?

Slides to accompany most presentations will be available to download for attendees, via the Event Portal within 10 days of the event.

We cannot guarantee the availability of any given presentation.

Can I have access to an attendee list?

Registered delegates will be able to view the full attendee list in our Event Portal before the event.

You can review names, job titles and affiliation. You can message and connect with other attendees.

Email and other contact information is not available via the Portal. You may not copy, download, transfer or use the delegate listing for marketing purposes.

My Account

How do I reset my account password?

Please follow the ‘Forgotten Password’ link and process.

Alternatively, navigate to your account, and select ‘Account details’. Enter your new password under the ‘Password change’ section. Please don’t forget to save your changes.

How do I change my profile photo?

Navigate to your profile, click the cog in the right hand corner and select ‘edit profile’. Click on your photo and use the ‘edit photo’ option to upload a new picture.
