Technologies like connectivity, automation, advanced sensing and AI can help the nation achieve its Vision Zero goals to eliminate road fatalities, among other goals.
This discussion will overview some of the agency’s research and priorities, discuss discretionary grant opportunities to fund these advancements, how the FHWA is working with other agencies and partners to support deployment, and how critical partnerships and public engagement are to the public and private sector advancing technology and innovation.
