General Manager of Infrared Technology Systems
Richard Seoane is an accomplished leader with more than 30 years in the automotive industry, currently serving as General Manager of Infrared Technology Systems, Compal USA. In his role, he leads the Global Business Unit, working collaboratively with various organizations to highlight the importance of Infrared sensing in reducing traffic accidents and pedestrian fatalities.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Seoane has held different roles in Engineering, Operations, Business Development, Plant Management and General Management for vision cameras and driver monitoring systems at several companies in various countries. In these roles, he was responsible for quality, process optimization and core engineering.
Seoane holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Orleans, USA. Seoane currently resides in Santa Barbara, California.
