Sameer Kolte, is a seasoned problem solver with a deep understanding of the intricacies of modern automotive engineering. His expertise lies in architecting solutions that effectively address complex, multi-faceted challenges, requiring the integration of numerous variables and the alignment of diverse stakeholder interests. He works as the Sr. Manager of Systems Engineering in Rivian’s Autonomy team, where he is responsible for ensuring selection of appropriate sensing, compute and actuating elements for autonomy use case, translation of product feature definitions to systematic software designs that can be deployed across vehicle platforms, and optimization of feature performance, safety and reliability. With over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, he has a proven track record of leading highly agile teams and delivering impactful products at scale in the dynamic EV and autonomous driving sectors.
He holds a Master’s degree in Automotive engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
