The Neuman Aluminum Group is a global partner and covers the entire process chain of products through its own plants. As a company with a medium-sized character, the Neuman Group develops and produces high-quality aluminum components in Europe, North America and Asia for the automotive, construction, electrical engineering, safety technology and packaging industries, among others. Around 2,700 employees worldwide work to develop sustainable mobility and improve the quality of life with creative, functional and environmentally friendly aluminum solutions. The Neuman Aluminum Group is part of CAG Holding GmbH and is structured into four divisions, each of which focuses on one processing technology: slug production, impact extrusion, direct extrusion and roof opening systems as well as chassis components.
The Neuman Aluminium impact extrusion division has been a technological pioneer in the cold forming process for decades. In this field, we are also experts in the manufacturing of ADAS components, such as sensor housings, radar and camera housings, lidar components. The demand for these components is continuously increasing due to (partially) autonomous driving. The challenge also lies in the high demands: More and more computing power is being installed in the sensors, but the space available for this is becoming smaller. Thanks to our high level of metallurgical understanding, high-tech product systems for highly automated production, creative solution expertise and a comprehensive range of services, we are able to manufacture the required extruded parts with complicated internal geometries and very thin wall thicknesses for our customers. Around 700 employees in five plants in Austria, Germany, Slovakia, the USA and China work on solutions for well-known customers in the automotive, electrical engineering and consumer goods sectors worldwide.
