Claus brings over 23 years of experience to his role. He spent 15 years at ETAS, progressing from Engineer to Senior Manager, before joining Bosch in 2016. His technical foundation includes a Diplom-Ingenieur in Systemtechnik from the University of Ulm and an Executive MBA from ESMT Berlin. This unique blend of deep technical expertise and business acumen drives his innovative approach to complex challenges.
