Amin Gharebaghi

Amin Gharebaghi is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GeoMate, an AI-driven map-
ping company transforming the way spatial data supports autonomous driving, smart cities, and
simulation platforms. With over a decade of experience in geospatial technologies, Amin leads the
company’s strategic direction, product development, and international expansion initiatives.
He holds a Ph.D. in Geomatics from Laval University, where his research focused on GISience
and spatial data infrastructures. Before founding GeoMate, Amin led a consulting firm focusing on
infrastructure mapping projects. His work bridges the gap between geospatial science and real-world mobility applications, with a focus on automation, urban analytics, and intelligent infrastructure.
