VP R&D
Nils Dagås received his M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden in 1995. After the exam he joined Ericsson Microwave Systems and in 2006 Saab Surveillance where he held several management positions within R&D, leading detailed design as well as system development and research. The latest role was Deputy Head of Engineering at Saabs business unit Radar. In 2023 he joined Gapwaves where he has the role of VP R&D. At Gapwaves he oversees the scale-up of Gapwaves bringing the patented technology onto mass market applications for in-cabin, ADAS and AV.
