Jashmita Kashat

Jashmita Kashat is a technology and mobility leader with over 20 years of experience transforming innovative concepts into market-ready solutions. She is currently Head of Product Line & Program Management – ADAS North & South America at FORVIA HELLA, where she guides teams developing next‑generation driver assistance technologies. Her cross-functional background spans engineering, program management, business development, and operations across automotive, robotics, and advanced mobility.

Throughout her career, Jashmita has built and scaled PMOs, led complex hardware and software programs, and partnered with OEMs, founders, and executive leaders to launch breakthrough technologies. She has held influential leadership roles at Luminar Technologies, Apis Cor, and VenueKonnex, driving strategy, operational excellence, and organizational growth.

A board member of the Automotive Women’s Alliance Foundation (AWAF), Jashmita is committed to innovation, collaboration, and advancing technologies that positively impact the future of mobility.
