Esayas Naizghi is Senior Director of Hardware and Software Solutions for indie Semiconductor’s VisionQ Business Unit. Most recently, he served as Director of Electrical Engineering at TuSimple, an autonomous trucking company, leading all electrical, compute systems, and low-level software development activities. Prior to that, he served at Renesas Electronics, leading hardware and perception software development at General Motors, leading architectures/developments of Telematics and ADAS/AD products, including SuprCruise, UltraCruise, and the first Cruise Automation compute system.
