Lead ISP Architect and Fellow
Alexis has experience in multiple disciplines in the emerging field of image processing, from academia to commercial R&D, with a proven history of working in the semiconductor industry.Â
Currently he is Lead ISP Architect and fellow at Arm, responsible for the image signal processor (ISP) architecture and the Imaging technology research team. Alexis joined Arm in May 2016 after spending the previous 6 years with Apical, where he was responsible for Image Quality and R&D of advanced image processing models, computational algorithms and tuning for end-to-end ISP performance.Â
Prior to joining Apical he was a researcher at Loughborough University where he studied for his PhD in Vision and Imaging Systems, and holds a BSc and MSc in computer science.Â
