Geir Ostrem is an Analog Devices Fellow leading advanced technology development and shaping automotive technology strategy at Analog Devices. With more than three decades in the semiconductor industry, he has led the design of market‑leading high‑speed, mixed‑signal ICs for automotive and communications systems.
In 2015, Geir was named a Maxim Fellow for pioneering RF D/A converter innovations that enabled DOCSIS cable head‑ends and multi‑band broadband wireless transmitters. More recently, he and his team developed GMSL‑based camera connectivity solutions that have become foundational to modern automotive perception and display architectures.
Geir earned his Dr. Ing. (Ph.D.) from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, Norway
