Co-founder and CTO
Nastaran Saberi is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of GeoMate, an AI-driven mapping company specializing in high-definition geospatial solutions for autonomous driving, smart cities, and simulation environments. With over a decade of experience in remote sensing, computer vision, and spatial data intelligence, she leads the development of scalable, imagery-based HD mapping technologies that support next-generation mobility systems.
Nastaran holds a Ph.D. in Geography from the University of Waterloo, where her research focused on advanced remote sensing and geospatial analytics. Prior to founding GeoMate, she contributed to a range of academic and industry projects at the intersection of urban analytics and AI. She has also served as an adjunct professor and mentor to early-stage technology companies through various accelerator programs.
