Vehicle Cybersecurity
Oliver works in Vehicle Cybersecurity and Onboard Architecture at BMW. He is currently on assignment to the US headquarter of Engineering located in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. He serves as BMW’s deputy in the OPEN Alliance and Auto-ISAC and also as a Board-of-Directors member in both organizations.
His areas of expertise include the onboard communication architecture and variability model across BMW Group’s entire product range, Software Bill-of-Material methodology, and Automotive Security from both a technical as well as a policy perspective.
He received his computer science doctoral degree with distinction on a video-based requirements engineering technique from Technische Universität München.
