Get hands-on with the latest technologies on the exhibition floor!
Global Innovators from across the entire supply chain, will showcase their expertise and technology advancements at AutoSens USA, taking place in Huntington Place, Detroit, from 10-12th June 2025.
To give you insights into the technical demonstrations you will witness first-hand this June, we have gathered some sneak peeks from BMW, Compal, DELO, Hexagon and Marvell. Find out more below. ⬇
BMW: Cutting-Edge ASA-ML In-Vehicle Camera Technology
In-vehicle cameras play a crucial role in todays and future mobility. As the automotive industry moves towards standardized solutions for seamless in-vehicle camera connectivity, BMW is at the forefront of this transformation.
At AutoSens USA 2025, the BMW booth will showcase the latest advancements in the Automotive SerDes Alliance Motion Link (ASA-ML) technology, and how this technology is shaping the future of automotive imaging. Their demo will comprise of; Cameras featuring image sensors from four major imager vendors, ASA-ML implementations of five major (!) silicon suppliers, and SoCs from two major suppliers.
Compal: Low-Cost P-AEB System, Designed to Meet FMVSS127
Compal desire to be a leading Tier 1 with the world’s most experienced Infrared Automotive Team. Compal also has a patented algorithm for both visible and infrared CDATtm (classification, distance, Action, and Tracking) providing forward collision warning and input to automatic emergency braking. Their system will provide low-cost P-AEB needed to meet FMVSS127.
Using infrared technology, Compal is enhancing pedestrian safety.
Onsite at AutoSens, they will have a live driving demo which will showcase key features, including pedestrian classification, detection through fog, recognition in crowded scenes, forward collision warning, and pedestrian AEB.

DELO: Adhesive process solutions for ADAS
DELO has developed new patented adhesive curing processes to address upcoming high production rates, while ensuring highest quality and efficiency.
The key benefits here are:
- Fast fixation within a few seconds
- Active alignment and precise positioning
- Low energy input for best cost-efficiency and low CO2 emissions
The new curing approach will become mainly relevant e.g. for bonding processes inside RADAR sensors and the integration of camera lenses.
