Realise the Future of AV with Dexerials Optical Solutions
Dexerials_Demo spotlight

This year at AutoSens, Dexerials is demonstrating its stray light mitigation and optical noise reduction technologies using two side-by-side camera systems. Under normal lighting, both perform similarly. But in intense light, the system without Dexerials’ nano-fabrication and black ink solutions shows much more optical noise. This demonstration, along with the others at the Dexerials booth, aims to highlight how Dexerials’ material solutions can help realize the future of autonomous driving.

Omnivision Optical Camera Link
This demonstration showcases a prototype of a high performance automotive camera system designed for reliable, high-speed data transmission over long distances.

The camera module consists of two printed circuit boards. The first PCB integrates the image sensor, the OmniVision OX03C10, a high dynamic range (HDR) sensor made for demanding automotive vision applications. The second PCB is a custom designed serializer board, incorporating the KD7251, responsible for formatting and transmitting the sensor data.
Captured image data is serialized and transmitted via an optical fiber link to our evaluation board. The board deserializes the incoming data and interfaces with a host video processor. The live video stream is displayed in an external screen, allowing real time visualization.

Catch these 3 Exciting Demos at the Valens Exhibition

This year at AutoSens, Valens Semiconductor will be bringing three demos, all amplifying the capabilities of the VA7000 chipset – the first on the market to comply with the MIPI A-PHY standard.

Valens - Chip_VA7000 B

Demo 1: Precise Time Synchronization

In this demo: Sensor synchronization with inter-frame features

Valens offers the normal time-based services other SerDes offers, AND MORE

  • Embedded PWM: Within the serializer and deserializer (removes the need for an external PWM circuit, including programmable components such as a CPLD, reducing system cost and shortening the design cycle.)
  • Precision: <100 nanoseconds of jitter – best-in-class as of today
  • Interframe synchronization: PWM enables complex actuation patterns, including inter-frame synchronization

Demo 2: MIPI A-PHY Interoperability

In the demo: Interoperable link with 4 different SerDes vendors

  • A defining characteristic of a true standard is interoperability.
  • AutoSens will be the FIRST TIME EVER that a deserializer is connected to links from four different silicon vendors.
  • This marks the first four-company demonstration of an interoperable SerDes connectivity solution anywhere in the world, for any SerDes standard.

Demo 3: In-Cabin UTP

In the demo: Connectivity of a 5MP Omnivision IR/RGB sensor over low-cost UTP cable and connectors

  • Valens can provide a low total system cost solution for in-cabin monitoring
  • UTP cable, low-cost Nano MQS and AMEC connectors
  • Valens is the ONLY SerDes provider that can handle multi-gig link streams over these low-cost channels
Witness the Future of Autonomous Navigation

Point One Navigation Sub-Lane-Level: Precision in the Real World

Point One Navigation is bringing their integrated centimeter-level localization stack to AutoSens.

The demo combines Point One’s RTK Corrections Network and Positioning Engine software, the same setup battle-tested across three continuous days on the Las Vegas Strip at CES 2026.

Visitors can see live, sub-lane-level positioning on a zoomable map, and compare its accuracy directly against a $50,000 reference-grade inertial navigation system. Whether you’re developing autonomous navigation platforms for consumer or industrial vehicles, driver assistance features in an infotainment system, dedicated systems targeting the delivery market, or any transportation platform that demands reliable precise localization, stop by to see our demo.

Point One is your partner for affordable, elite-level navigational performance on mass-market silicon, straight out of the box.
