Texas Instruments: Three Technical Demos live at AutoSens USA 2025
High End Corner/Front Radar Demo with AWR2944P for increasing levels of autonomy
The demo showcases TI’s next generation AWR2944P which is a performance extension to its current gen AWR2944 to meet the increasing requirements of ADAS and AD systems.
The AWR2944P is a fully integrated 4×4 single chip SoC with increased RF performance, more memory and more compute which translate to more range and higher resolution. With hardware and software compatibility and a scalable portfolio the device enables quick development and faster time to market. The device is also offered in LoP (Launch on package) that enables better RF performance, lower system level cost and seamless integration with 3D waveguide antennas.
AWR2944 based 4D Imaging Radar Demo | Partnered with Provizio
The AWR2944-based single chip 4D 138 Virtual Array imaging radar with perception helps bring high resolution imaging radars to current ADAS systems at a lower cost.
Check out the test results of Provizio’s board using MIMSO®, a novel software defined antenna that can extra greater resolution and range from TI Radar-On-Chip AWR2944.
Distributed Aperture Radar (DAR) enabled with TI’s AWR2544 | Partnered with Zendar
DAR creates a significantly larger aperture by coherently combining two or three inexpensive Medium Range Radars (MRR) to achieve higher resolution. With sub degree azimuth resolution and a rich point cloud upto 350m, TI’s AWR2544 makes this architecture possible by streaming compressed 1D FFT data to the central ECU where processing happens. The demo from Zendar show cases the test results of DAR using TI’s AWR2544.
Seek Thermal: Experience the Future of Thermal Innovation at AutoSens
Join Seek Thermal at AutoSens as they unveil their latest advancements in thermal imaging technology—including their new cutting-edge sensors, powerful cores, and all-new automotive demonstration kits.
Powered by their next generation 640×480 and 320×240 thermal sensors, these modules deliver ultra-low noise, high frame rates, integrated functional safety and seamless connectivity with modern interfaces.
Nextchip: the Collaboration Models of Thermal Imaging Solutions
Nextchip are excited to demonstrate the collaboration models of Thermal Imaging Solutions with Thermal Image Sensor vendor partners.
Nextchip, in collaboration with its partners, is targeting an affordable night vision solution for Pedestrian-AEB, aiming to lead expansion into additional ADAS markets.
Imagination Technologies: Groundbreaking Advancements in Functional Safety
At AutoSens USA, Imagination Technologies will showcase how its GPUs enable next-generation automotive intelligence — from supporting autonomous highway pilot systems and driver monitoring solutions to demonstrating market-leading multitasking through hardware-based virtualisation.
The company will also highlight groundbreaking advances in functional safety, including a new approach to achieving ASIL-B compliance with significantly reduced area and power overhead.
Bosch: Experience their Vehicle Localization Software first-hand!
Experience the capabilities of Bosch‘s new SW-based system: The windows of their demo vehicle will be completely covered and ADAS sensors disabled, to prevent the driver’s view onto the road.
The driver will ‘blindly’ navigate a slalom style course at low speed and ultimately park the vehicle in a narrow parking space with cm-level accuracy.
