Bruno brings together an academic background and entrepreneurial drive. He began as a senior researcher at the University of Geneva’s Institute for Applied Optics, where he worked on quantum technologies from cryptographic systems to photon sensors and test equipment.
Driven to see these innovations reach the world, Bruno transitioned to industry. His technologies now power products at Samsung and SK Hynix, and are part of the Ariane rocket system.
Bruno co-founded Dotphoton with a clear mission: make large-scale vision AI systems scalable, affordable, and reliable through smarter image processing and data management. As co-inventor of the Jetraw compression algorithm, he champions the use of raw image data to unlock AI’s full potential.
