Marcus Dahlem

Marcus Dahlem received his Licenciatura degree in Applied Physics from the University of Porto in 2000, and his MSc and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from MIT in 2005 and 2011, respectively. He joined imec in 2018 as Principal Member of Technical Staff, and is currently managing the Optical 3D Sensing program. He has (co-)authored over 110 peer-reviewed publications. Prior to joining imec, he was an Associate Professor at the Khalifa University of Science and Technology in Abu Dhabi. He also worked at the IBM Zurich Research Laboratory, and at the Institute for Systems and Computer Engineering of Porto.
