Paula Jones

Paula Jones, who specializes in growth and strategic initiatives for new-to-market technologies, brings over 25 years of automotive experience to her current role as President of Ibeo Automotive USA. Her experience taking new technologies from concept to serial production, managing growth in an organization, and understanding customer requirements provides Jones with a unique understanding of the path to Lidar widespread adoption. Prior to opening the office for Ibeo in North America in 2019, she held several positions at Gentherm, the global technology leader for thermoelectrics, holding roles in the areas of corporate strategy, global business development, and business unit leader. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
