Tarek Lule

T. Lulé is working for STMicroelectronics since 2003 in the field of Image Sensors. His current research topics include Global Shutter camera systems for automotive and security application. Before, his activity domains included autofocus mobile cameras, wafer scale packaging, project management, product-, ADC- and other analogue design, Above-IC Pixels, and amorphous silicon technology.

Prior to working STMicroelectronics, he worked as Director of Product Development at Silicon Vision AG, Dresden, which he co-founded in 1996, where he developed amongst others, HDR imagers for automotive tier-1 and consumer market in TFA technology.

T. Lulé obtained the M.phil. degree in Microelectronics and Semiconductor Physics in 1992 from University of Cambridge, UK, and the Bachelor in Physics 1990 from University of Siegen.
