KEEPING THE CUSTOMER AT THE CENTER OF THE EXPERIENCE
Wednesday 11th June | 09:30am EDT | Room 142A-C
Customer experience means many things to a consumer. With the growth of technology and greater information being shared, it is more important then ever that we can anticipate to our customer’s needs. The ability to create a compelling customer experience starts with trust and reliability. Our goal should be a personal experience that makes their day better.
Our job is to understand our customers and meet them where they are on that drive. To do this we will need sensing, adaptability, and reliability. Hardware and software will need to be leveraged to create this experience. How do we create an experience that is seamless and makes the drive both enjoyable and safe?

BALANCING PERFORMANCE AND EFFICIENCY: RIGHT-SIZING ADAS SENSOR SUITES THROUGH SENSOR FUSION
Wednesday 11th June | 11:45am EDT | AutoSens Exhibition Stage
As the automotive industry pushes forward with ADAS and autonomous driving, achieving the delicate balance between safety and system efficiency is more crucial than ever. While the performance of sensors continues to improve, the increasing volume of data these sensors generate brings with it greater complexity, higher computational demands, and escalating costs. But do we really need to equip every vehicle with the most expensive LiDAR, radar, and cameras to enable autonomous features? Or is there a smarter, more efficient approach to designing sensor suites?
Join Elizabeth Kao, Director of Product Management for ADAS at Bosch for her keynote at AutoSens USA as she explores how sensor fusion can “right-size” ADAS sensor suites to optimize performance without compromising safety. By combining camera and high-precision radar sensors and leveraging machine learning, we can significantly enhance safety systems, such as Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), even in challenging conditions like the dark of the night. Discover how this innovative approach can extend detection range and improve system efficiency, paving the way for smarter, more cost-effective ADAS solutions.

DRIVING INNOVATION: AUTOMOTIVE PARTNERSHIP ECOSYSTEMS FOR CENTRALIZED SENSOR PROCESSING IN HIGH-PERFORMANCE COMPUTING ARCHITECTURES
Thursday 12th June | 2:20pm EDT | AutoSens Exhibition Stage
As high-performance embedded computing platforms gain traction in the automotive sector, OEMs are increasingly embracing innovative system architectures and collaborative approaches. The centralization of computing capabilities allows what were once multiple separate ECUs to be consolidated into a single ECU, utilizing a collection of SoCs. This shift introduces new integration interfaces.
The centralization of high-bandwidth sensor data processing presents a unique opportunity for various customer feature applications to enhance their performance by accessing more raw information than ever before. By leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence, existing features can be significantly improved. Additionally, new customer features can emerge by unlocking access to sensor data that was previously restricted by low-bandwidth network connections to edge ECUs.
Integrating multiple applications within the same SoC or ECU ecosystem paves the way for a transformative approach to automotive systems design & integration, emphasizing the integration of applications that share computing resources. To achieve highly computationally efficient and well-integrated solutions, OEMs will require a robust ecosystem of partners.
