OEM & Tier 1 Refunds: Your refund will be processed within 15 days of the event, you do not need to do anything to apply for this.

Presentation slides and recordings: All slides and recordings that we have permission to share will be made available within 10 days of the event. You will find these in the Event Portal for the applicable event.

Eligibility of OEM/Tier 1 status: Please note if your query is regarding the status of your company as a Tier 1, we consider Tier 1s to be businesses that build complete systems for OEMs, involving multiple hardware and software components from different suppliers. If you sell your own components, software or services direct to OEMs, we would not class this as Tier 1. By OEMs, we mean Automakers, ie those manufacturing the cars themselves.
