2. What are the primary challenges you anticipate in the development and deployment of ADAS and autonomous driving technologies? How does VinFast plan to address these challenges to ensure successful implementation and market adoption?
Since shifting towards a strategy of self-developing high-tech products and officially entering the automotive manufacturing industry, VinFast has become accustomed to facing numerous challenges. These include conducting research and development (R&D) to master core technologies, understanding customer needs and constantly changing market trends, and ensuring the timely launch of vehicle models according to plan.
Adapting vehicle features to suit each market presents a significant challenge. To meet market standards and customer expectations, the VinFast factory must implement numerous changes and adjust its production processes accordingly.
However, we view these challenges as opportunities for continuous learning and growth. Today, we are known for our rapid development, superior execution capabilities, and adaptable operations. Our aim is to make electric vehicles accessible to everyone, promoting the transition from gasoline to electric cars and fostering a greener, more sustainable future.
3. Given VinFast’s rapid expansion in the automotive industry, how does the company approach collaboration with technology partners, research institutions, and regulatory bodies to accelerate the development and deployment of ADAS and autonomous driving technologies?
VinFast’s strategy focuses on two main factors:
